Delivery & Return – Maqbool interior

  • All Sofa designs are manufactured on order. The Standard delivery time is 20-25 working days.
  • In the case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product (term applies).
  • If orders exceed PKR 15,000, customers must pay PKR 5,000 in advance. For orders above PKR 30,000, customers will have to pay 50% in advance
  • For order cancellation 25% charge in advance payment of customer invoice
  • On Customize Order by Any Size/Design. No Refund Policy Applies*
  • Replacement of our products will be accepted only for damaged/defective products.
  • Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The replacement will be processed within a maximum of 15 Working days.
  • Warranty is only applicable to Foam and Structural Frame, other item’s like fabric, polish and wear are not covered.
  • All Products are without Delivery Charges and Customer have to pay the delivery charges Separately.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Claims after 24 hours will not be entertained
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including material availability or logistics issues.
  • Actual Finish product color and design may slightly vary from images due to lighting and screen differences.
