Delivery & Return - Maqbool interior

• All Sofa designs are manufactured on order. The usual delivery time is 7-10 working days.
• In the case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product (term applies).
• If orders exceed PKR 15,000, then customers need to pay PKR 5,000 in advance. For orders above PKR 30,000, customers will have to pay 45% in advance.
• Replacement of any of our products will be accepted only for damaged/defective products.
• Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 24 hours of delivery.
• The replacement will be processed within a maximum of 10 Working days.
